Your Mountain Retreat
At Los Establos Boutique Resort, every room tells a story of the property's history. "Los Establos" translates to "The Stables," a tribute to the resort's origins as a working horse stable on the historic Kotowa Coffee Estate more than 100 years ago. Today, the original character of the property still lives on through thoughtful details woven throughout the experience, including the hand-carved wooden nameplates above each guest room door, each named after a horse that once resided here.
